I had a face and neck lift with Dr. Kreidstein, and I could not be happier with my experience and results. From my very first consultation, I felt completely comfortable and confident that I was in excellent hands. Dr. Kreidstein is an exceptional surgeon—professional, caring, honest, and incredibly skilled. My recovery went much more smoothly than I had expected, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I look refreshed and natural, which was exactly what I was hoping for. I also want to mention his wonderful staff. Everyone in the office was so kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process, from before the surgery through my recovery and follow-up appointments. I always felt well cared for and knew I could reach out if I had any questions or concerns. I am truly grateful to Dr. Kreidstein and his entire team for such a positive experience. Not only am I beyond thrilled with my results, but everyone I encountered during this process (reception, nurses and doctors) was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I am pleased to leave a positive review regarding my experience with Dr. Kreidstein and the team . I had a c-section scar and deformity corrected. From the beginning message to inquire for a consultation, to the ending follow up appointments, there was a high professionalism displayed. I came out of province and had many questions which the office staff answered promptly and efficiently. The nursing staff checked in several times before my surgery date to assure all was going well. The day of surgery was pleasant and all the medical staff and office staff created a welcoming and safe environment. Dr. Chris, the anesthesiologist was amazing and as we came from similar roots in NS, we had a great chat that created a comfortable ease. My conversations with Dr. Kreidstein from first to last, created a complete awareness of safety. Proficiency was present at every stage with my medical concerns and presented safety a top priority and I was very comfortable and at ease due to this exemplary care and professional knowledge and skill. I came here wanting to get a certain procedure but after an examination with Dr. Kreidstein, a different and better procedure was chosen to get a better result. His explanations were very easy to understand. The procedure was painless and Dr. Kreidstein was very meticulous about it. It's been over a year and my issue is completely solved, it's like it was never there, and the result looks better as time passes. It really exceeded my expectations. I'm so glad I listened to him and went with his suggestion instead of what I originally wanted. Also, he and his team are very kind. They were incredibly understanding and supportive when I had an emotional, insecure moment. Their compassion eased my embarassment. They made me feel completely at ease throughout. I highly recommend coming here. 10/10 I would come again :)

First time ever taking care of myself. I met Dr Kreidstein with the full intention of just getting information. However, after meeting him he sat nicely explaining the procedure, listened to my concerns and complaints and gave me informed advice and assurances. That meant more to me than anything. So we booked for surgery. I had a breast reduction and a breast lift and this has been the best decision I have ever made. Surgery went well, Dr Ma gave me the anaesthetic and have to say that was my biggest concern. He laughed when I asked “ I just want to wake up’ he said “I got you’ made me laugh. The nursing team and full staff have been amazing and very supportive. For someone who does for others and really have not done anything for myself. This has been life changing.
