I just reached the 1 year mark after my FUE procedure with Dr. Rahal, and am thrilled with the results. I received approximately 2,700 grafts. Dr. Rahal and his staff were incredibly helpful throughout the course of the process, from addressing any concerns I had leading up to procedure, all the way to being available for support even a year after I saw them. The consultation process felt cumbersome, repetitive, and very impersonal. I had already submitted forms and photos, but instead of speaking with the doctor, there were many emails and repeated requests from administrators before the consultation. By the time I got on the call, the process felt over-administered rather than consultative. I never got to speak with the doctor. The call itself had low rapport and felt more like risk management than patient care. The questions were rigid and did little to clarify what I was actually looking for. A better process would have been simple: I reviewed your photos and form. It looks like you’re looking to refine a prior transplant, mainly to soften the straightness and improve density. What bothers you most, and what would a great result look like to you? That would have created trust and clarity quickly. Instead, the process felt: 1. Cumbersome 2. Repetitive 3. Low rapport 4. Over-administered 5. Unclear 6. Risk-management focused 7. Anxiety-increasing The pricing was reasonable, but I left unclear on key details like their expertise, doctor involvement, and whether the clinic was actually a fit for my repair goals. For a procedure this personal, visible, and costly, I expected a more human, streamlined, and confidence-building consultation process. Based on my experience, I will be passing on this office. I will most likely be going with Dr. Robert Jones for my corrective procedure. I hope this helps.

I stayed at their patients' lodge for a few days after the procedure, which made recovery so much easier. They scheduled regular check-ups to ensure everything was progressing perfectly.
