Hopefully Seager's staffing team has changed for the better since I went for a consultation at his office in 2014. I had a free initial consultation with Ben, who I guess is one of their sales representatives. During my meeting with him, he made me feel embarrassed for even coming in. I was looking into options for my receding hair line and during our meeting, he was immediately frustrated and rude. He mentioned that my hair loss was not nearly as bad as most other prospective patients and basically implied that I was wasting his time. Since he determined that my hair loss was still in the early stages, he recommended that I try alternative hair loss treatments first, which I at least appreciated. However, the entire experience felt very unprofessional due to his overall rude tone and the fact that he used an expletive during our meeting. He also went on to say that if I were to get a transplant at that point, that my new hairline would make me look like a girl (ha!). I was turned off from ever returning to this clinic.

I had a procedure done at the Seager Transplant Centre aka Sure Hair, 10 months ago and I am extremley pleased with my results, however, I say to everyone seeking this procedure, I have a story to tell. "Do Not" make the mistake I did, of initially getting a consultation with the Seager Centre, but then making the mistake of going somewhere else, only to have horrible results at another company and then end up, having to come back to the Seager Hair Transplant Centre and get the results I expected and wanted. There's a reason why they have won the the "international Platinum Hair Follicle Award" Their staff (not just the doctors and technicians) but the administrative staff, have "decades" of experience, working out of the same facility, located inside a major hospital. The pre consultation with Dr, Gupta was very polite and professional and he clearly laid out what could be done and what the "expectations" should be. The actual procedure, was almost painless and I was very comfortable, and well taken care of, they also informed me during the procedure what was going on and why? Post surgery, the follow up and post care is second to none in the industry. Not only do they provide detailed, post care instructions, but for 10 nights in a row, Dr. Gupta the surgeon, called me and made sure I was ok and that I was following the post surgical instructions, which is so imperative to maximizing and getting the best results. The hairline and results are beyond natural and even with a microscope, you'd have a hard time, seeing where the new hair / old hair began and ended. Additionally, there is nothing fun and exciting about sitting in a chair, for 8 to 10 hours and having this procedure, but the fact that they have a good sense of humor, while being professional, makes the day fly by. As I said at the beginning, I made the mistake of initially not going here because of Price, to save around $1,500, and for doing so, I ended up actually paying more in the long run for my mistake. Look at it this way, it is your health and you have to ask yourself, do you want a Hyundai Elentra or a Mercedes SL ? Well when it comes to your hair, choose the Mercedes and choose the Seager Transplant and Sure Hair, you cannot go wrong.

I had my second procedure done in December and after eight months I’m happy with my progress. The doctor and the staff were great during the procedure and they followed up to make sure I was happy with it. It’s been a big confidence boost which has been great. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing hair loss and are looking to do something about it.

Amazing experience. The doctor and the staff were very helpful during the procedure. The doctor was very helpful throughout the process, specially during the postop procedure. The doctor had a very strong followup after the surgery was the best part as it gave me the assurance of having an expert advice all throughout the recovery process. Dr. Gupta and his team are one of the best and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a hair transplant.
