I am very happy to see a lot of positive reviews about the doctor. I believe The doctor is very experienced and skilled. That's why he spent 1.5 minutes for me to see after waiting for 1 hour. When I call to book for my small procedure, they asked me for payment on that day while my appointment would be 6 months later. I agred to provide my credit card details and asked what happened if I died before the appointment. Would the money be refunded? ...... Finally, it seems to me that was completely business not a service. The beautiful Canada's health sector is not a business rather known to the world as best services. Anyway, I wish all the best to the great doctor and his beautiful team.

I had the absolute greatest experience right from beginning to end. All the team at the Plastic Surgery Clinic were so friendly and took every opportunity to make me feel comfortable. Dr Austin was my surgeon who did my gynecomastia surgery. He walked me through every step of the process and I rarely had a question since he was so thorough. Thank you so much for giving me my confidence back.

My name is Zana, and I have been a client here for two years now for chemical peel and dermaplaning treatments, and I have always been extremely happy with my experience – namely because the technician who does my treatments is absolutely wonderful in every way. However, I was extremely disappointed at the treatment I received today. Due to the new COVID restrictions, I had to keep my nose and mouth covered with a cotton ball and rubber band during my entire treatment, and as a result, I did not receive any treatment around those areas of my face – even though the expensive price was not adjusted to reflect this. I would like to reiterate that the technician who performed my treatment was at no fault, but I am extremely displeased at the way this clinic has chosen to deal with its customers. If your clinic is so concerned about minimizing the risk of infection, then my logical assumption would be that your techs should be given better PPE (i.e. double masks or a mask and a shield), prior to coming to the decision to worsen your clients' experience. Furthermore, if absolutely nothing can be done, then I would implore you to at least decrease your price points to reflect the decreased service you are now offering. I have one more session already booked as part of the package I purchased, but I will not be returning to this clinic any more.

I had a gynecomastia surgery done by Dr. Ryan Austin to correct a mild-medium case of gynecomastia that I had had since I was 12. Everyone at the Plastic Surgery Centre was professional and welcoming from beginning to end. I especially appreciated that it was always clear to me to expect realistic results and not a miracle. The actual results were fantastic and I have a new confidence to take off my shirt that I never thought I would have. I would highly recommend the clinic.

I would not trust anywhere else with my injections. The staff is very knowledgeable and takes time to discuss goals, concerns and all aspects of treatments. I've always felt very comfortable with the clinic and would recommend to anyone that is looking for some natural enhancements!
