Toronto Cosmetic Clinic (TCC)

Botched. My experience wasn’t the greatest and neither were my results. The doctor was rude, unprofessional and his staff were visibly uncomfortable/scared of him. My surgery was performed with the door wide open and staff coming in/out of the OR, complete lack of care for my health and privacy. I’ve dealt with other surgeons who are amazing from consult to 1-year post op. This place isn’t somewhere that I would recommend to anyone.

❌❌❌❌ I deeply regret choosing Toronto Cosmetic Clinic. I paid approximately $25,000 for surgery and am extremely dissatisfied with aspects of my results. After surgery, I was diagnosed with an abdominal hematoma. When I contacted the clinic, I was told they were “not responsible,” and during a conversation about my concerns, the clinic owner ended the call while I was still speaking. My concerns were not resolved to my satisfaction. I had a wonderful experience with Toronto Cosmetic Clinic. Dr. Sproule and the entire staff took excellent care of me throughout my surgical journey. During both the pre-operative and post-operative stages, they explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. Everyone was consistently cooperative, understanding, and supportive. After my surgery, when I regained consciousness from the anaesthesia, the nurse stayed with me, reassured me, and made me feel safe and comfortable. Her kindness meant so much to me during such a vulnerable moment. I truly appreciate the professionalism, compassion, and care I received. I felt supported throughout the entire process and would highly recommend Toronto Cosmetic Clinic.

I had such a great experience at TCC! I came in for a laser peeling treatment and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The team was so welcoming, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. My skin looked so fresh and glowing afterward, and even a week later I’m still loving how my skin looks! I really appreciated how much care and attention they put into the treatment. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a professional skincare experience!🤍
