I had breast reduction surgery with Dr. Brown 5 years ago. While I do regret the decision, this review is not based on my regret, but on the surgery results. My two main goals were to reduce volume and to remove the fat that wrapped around my sides and back because of that volume. With a smaller breast, I hoped for a traditional rounded breast shape, no side fat and an armpit. The procedure was supposed to be an anchor incision. Dr Brown did not make an anchor incision. While the slope of the incision does curve up in the centre, it slopes downward on the outsides. Because of that incision, my breasts slope down and wrap around my back and are tube shaped instead of round. Because the tissue has all been tightly pulled up, and moved to the sides, I have more obstruction on my sides with a B cup than I did before with a G cup. I failed to discuss the nipples ahead of time. Sadly, Dr. Brown drastically reduced them to the size of children's nipples (as my friends have pointed out). They are an odd oval shape and placed so high and close to the centre of my chest that I can't wear low cut v-neck tops or standard bikini tops without them showing. I can't go braless, as the skin has been pulled so tight that I need support to hold the breasts close to my body or they hurt, and also to shape them into a realistic breast shape. While I can't undo the surgery, I think I could correct the incision to be anchor with the proper slope to create a breast shape. That is something I would explore. I cannot restore the nipples to adult size or shape, but they might be able to be moved to a more realistic position. I don't know if I'd want to chance that. When I first went in to discuss my disappointment with my results with Dr. Brown, I was told my results were considered a success.

I have been seeing Dr Brown since 2009. He helped me when no other doctor wanted to take on my issues . I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciate him and his staff he is wonderful with everyone not to mention his magic works I fully trust him with everything and I would not recommend anybody else. I will use him again and again if I need to. On top of that, his office staff is wonderful always on time always helpful. Always reply immediately to your concerns. If I have any concerns or questions, I know I can call the office or email them anytime and they will reply to me immediately Thank you for everything Dr. Brown!! The best in the business !

I truly cannot recommend Dr. Mitchel Brown enough. He completely changed my life. When I was 16, I had a traumatic surgery to remove a giant fibroadenoma from my right breast. As a result, I was left with significant asymmetry, including a substantial dip in the right side of my rib cage. For the next five years, I struggled with a lot of insecurity surrounding my chest and honestly never thought I would feel completely comfortable with it again. I first met with Dr. Brown in 2025, and from the very beginning, I knew I was in the right place. I had consulted with multiple plastic surgeons over the years, and Dr. Brown stood out to me like a sore thumb in the absolute best way. He was professional, kind, open-minded, and never once made me feel pressured. I felt extremely comfortable with him and felt like he genuinely understood what I was hoping to achieve. Because of the asymmetry I had from my previous surgery and my rib cage, Dr. Brown used two different implant sizes to create as much balance and symmetry as possible. I believe I received approximately 345cc on one side and 220cc on the other. The result is honestly beyond what I could have imagined. My chest looks so natural and, to me, phenomenal. You would never know how much asymmetry I started with. After five years of feeling insecure about something that was completely out of my control, Dr. Brown gave me a confidence I genuinely never thought I would have again. I truly consider him my hero, and I am so, so grateful that I found him. The aftercare has also been amazing. He and his team have been so attentive throughout the healing process, and my scars are healing beautifully I can barely see them. If you are considering breast augmentation or are dealing with significant asymmetry, I cannot recommend Dr. Brown enough. I will forever be grateful for the care, thought, and skill he put into giving me a result that feels so natural and so me. ❤️

If I could give this place more than five stars I would! I had so much help with everyone on the phone, Every appointment I had and even up to my surgery day. these people are very kind and very helpful. Dr. H does amazing work and I’m very happy. Her services were very efficient and also very quick. Had surgery December 19th, 2025. Just about 6 months now (May 12th, 2026). Her team is fantastic at keeping the environment, clean and inclusive. I’d recommend her all the way!
